elite Youth cross-sports training program

Designed to increase overall sports performance, fitness, and reduce injury for
basketball, volleyball, soccer, and flag football athletes.
 
Recruiting 20 boys and 20 girls training teams
Customized Conditioning, Basketball, Flag football, Compete
Age 13-18
LOCATION:
Sonora High School, La Habra, CA 
2-hour training, 1-hour virtual session per week
Saturdays: 9AM, 11AM, 1PM

What:

  • TGS IGNITE: Elite cross-sports training program on-site for age 13-18

  • Customized for each athlete with base training

  • 2-hour conditioning and basketball and flag football skills and competition (4 per month)

  • 1-hour sports essential topics virtually (4 per months)

  • Team of 20 athletes max

  • Tuition $195 per month 

  • Includes TGS backpack, TGS T-shirt, and Garmin smartwatch
